A Taste of Venersborg!

Venersborg Historic Preservation Society (VHPS) sponsored an event called “A Taste of Venersborg” on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at the Schoolhouse.

As a nod to the Scandinavian heritage of many of the pioneers to this area, the Venersborg Historic Preservation Society served Swedish meatballs, along with side dishes and desserts reflecting Swedish cuisine! Along with live music and local vendors from the Battle Ground area sold their tasty creations and bottled delectables such as sauces, baked goods, condiments, honey. Two raffle baskets were donated as a fundraiser for Venersborg Schoolhouse maintenance. Thank you for making this event a huge success!

We raise funds for our ongoing building maintenance through  fun events, calendar/totebag sales, handmade/homemade items we raffle off, and rental fees for community use of the building.
